Josh is co-founder and Board Partner at Freestyle. After his time at large corporates like News Corp and Quest, he was called to the high energy and immense impact potential of entrepreneurship. He ended up co-founding Spinner and Crackle (acquired by AOL for $320M and by Sony for $65M respectively). As he thought about his next move, founding Freestyle seemed like a natural next step: early-stage investing allows Josh to harness his startup energy and help companies and CEOs grow. Most recently, Josh has been investing in startups through Climactic, his new climate-tech fund co-founded with Raj Kapoor.
Josh is a graduate of Duke University and The Fuqua School of Business.
Outside the world of venture capital, Josh can be found DJing every summer at Burning Man, hiking at Stinson, and following his daily tabata and meditation routine.
