R1 testing for:
– Communication approach in difficult situations
– Mission/team alignment
Introduce yourself and describe role – 5 min
Describe vision, history, team. Describe the role and ask if they have questions (try to stick to 5 min max).
Before diving into the questions, spend some time building rapport with the candidate and let them know the format of the interview, i.e. I will start by giving you an overview of the role after which I’ll be asking questions about your background and past roles followed by some more time for Q&A. Let me know if there are any questions you have about Karuna or the role.
